1. What The Prop Social Club is
The Prop Social Club is a football research and bet-tracking website. We show statistics, odds collected from sportsbooks, and our own “leans” (opinions built from public data). We are not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money, or place bets for you.
2. No guarantees, not advice
Leans, projections, Top plays and The Club's Take cards are research and opinion, not betting, financial or professional advice. Past results, including our published track record, don't predict future results. Odds and statistics can be wrong or out of date; always check the price at your sportsbook before you bet.
3. You're responsible for your bets
Every bet you place is your own decision and your own risk. You're responsible for making sure sports betting is legal where you are, and for following your sportsbook's rules. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. See Responsible gambling.
4. Who can join
- Accounts are by invitation only and need a valid access code.
- You must be of legal betting age where you live: 19 or older in Ontario, 21 or older in most US states. We check your date of birth at sign-up.
- One person per account. Keep your password private; turning on two-step sign-in is strongly recommended.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the site, or try to copy or resell its content.
5. Your bets and data
Bets you track, your favourites and your settings belong to you. You can download or delete them at any time from Settings. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions
To be completed before paid launch: price, billing cycle, automatic renewal, how to cancel, refunds, and applicable taxes.
7. Our content
The site's design, analysis, leans and text are ours. Please don't copy, scrape or resell them. Team names, player names and sportsbook names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. The Prop Social Club isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, any team, player or sportsbook.
8. Limits on our liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for betting losses or for decisions made using information on the site.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we'll tell members about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Questions: [contact email to be added].
